Sensor based sorting machines have the same basic components in their conceptual structure as other machines.
Recipient and trimming
The first part of the machine, and its task is to receive controlled feed, prepare and remove the intruder feeds to continue the machine.
Particle presentation
The second part of the machine, and its task is to receive feed from the first component, the creation of order, stability and contiguous guidance of the feed to fit the needs of the third component of the machine.
Stimulant and recipient
The third component of the machine, and its task is to stimulate the characteristic of the feed and receive the single response or characteristic of each piece (rock) by the sensors and transfer it to the fourth part of the machine.
Processor and controller
The fourth part of the machine, and its task is to translate the received characteristic signals into the estimation and analysis of the attribute, and the definition of the defined group of acceptance or non-acceptance of that feature, is defined by the algorithm and the command is the fifth part of the machine.
Separator
The fifth part of the machine, and its task is the mechanical separation of parts (rocks) according to the orders of the fourth component of the machine.
